For all incoming students to UTAR Kampar or other places such as section 17, PJ, or Sungai Long, Cheras, please be aware one Michael Wong Sie Lung who will not refund your 2 months deposits and utility deposits when you move out even though you have been paying in advance for your monthly rentals.
He failed to pay TNB even though he collected the moneys from students resulting in electricity supply being terminated by TNB for a few days.
His h/p: 016 8830887 and place for rental are:
1) 1503, Seksyen 1/5, Taman Bandar Baru (Westlake), 31900, Kampar, Perak
2) 300, Jalan 17/6, 46400, Petaling Jaya

He will not issue any official receipt for any moneys paid so that he will take your moneys easily.
